I found this cool idea
online to color cookies with food safe markers and thought my daughter would enjoy it. So I made the cookies, iced them and let her go to work. Well, a combination of the icing being too think and her pressing too hard with the markers it didn't work out too well. So now what... food coloring!
I put a drop on my finger and dabbed on a cookie to test it out - this could work. So I let Sydney try and success!
She finished up the rest of the cookies in no time (and with minimal mess!).
They are not the most beautiful cookies but she had fun decorating them. She said it was "crazy fun!"
